"Hard to trust their stock anymore"
I’ve checked ccvideo.com a few times lately for things I wanted, but the selection just feels really limited now. A bunch of items I was actually interested in were out of stock, so I ended up buying elsewhere. It’s frustrating because I used to feel like I could count on them, but now I’m not so sure I trust the site to have what I’m looking for.

"Absolutely the worst return experience"
I’m not even kidding, this was easily one of the most frustrating return experiences I’ve ever had. Support barely got back to me, and the whole return process felt like way more work than it ever should have been. I’m 100% sure it should not be this hard to send something back...

I ordered from ccvideo.com and it actually arrived sooner than I thought it would. The tracking updated fine, and the package came in good shape. The site maybe felt a little basic at first, but that didn’t matter much since everything went smoothly. Reliable overall, and I’d order from them again.

"Order was right, packaging was fine"
Got what I ordered, no issues there. Packaging was okay overall, though the box did have a small dent on one side. Not a big deal, just noticed it when it arrived.

"i went to ccvideo.com because the sale..."
i went to ccvideo.com because the sale seemed decent at first, but after checking a few other sites, the prices still ended up being higher. some stuff had promo tags on it, but it didn’t really feel like much of a deal.
i also tried using a discount code, and it barely worked on anything in my cart, which was frustrating. it kind of felt like the promos were just there to pull people in, so i’ll probably shop somewhere else next time
